Privacy Policy

Dozzi is designed as a private sleep sound journal. It helps you record a sleep session, detect useful sound events, and review short clips such as snoring, possible sleep talking, coughing, and other night sounds.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Dozzi may process and how it is handled. Dozzi is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

Dozzi asks for microphone permission so it can record a sleep session you start. The app is built to save short clips around detected sound events instead of making you review a full night of audio.

Audio analysis is performed on device. Saved clips and sleep sound history are stored locally on your device by default unless you choose to share them or use a future feature that clearly asks for cloud sync.

Dozzi may store sleep session dates, detected sound labels, clip timing, user corrections, settings such as microphone sensitivity, auto-stop time, auto-delete preferences, and locally saved audio clips.

You can delete individual clips, delete all clips, or use auto-delete settings for old clips inside the app.

If configured, Dozzi may create an anonymous backend session identifier to operate app services. This identifier is not intended to directly identify you.

Purchases and subscription status may be processed through Apple and RevenueCat. Those providers process purchase information according to their own privacy policies and platform rules.

Dozzi does not sell your personal information. Dozzi does not share your saved audio clips with third parties unless you choose to export, share, or otherwise send a clip from your device.

If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message so we can respond.

Dozzi is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Dozzi, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted at dozzi.fria.ai/privacy with the last updated date. Current version: May 11, 2026.
