These Terms of Service govern your use of Dozzi. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dozzi.

These terms were last updated on May 11, 2026.

What Dozzi does

Dozzi is a sleep sound journal that can record a sleep session, detect sound events, save short clips, and organize those clips into reports and timelines.

Dozzi is provided for personal information and journaling purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use Dozzi and for complying with laws that apply where you live, including laws about recording audio and consent from other people who may be nearby.

Do not use Dozzi to record others unlawfully, to invade privacy, to harass anyone, or for any harmful, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

Audio clips and user content

You keep responsibility for audio clips, notes, corrections, and other content created through your use of Dozzi.

Dozzi gives you tools to delete clips and manage your sleep sound history. You are responsible for saving any content you want to keep before deleting the app or clearing clips.

Subscriptions and purchases

Dozzi may offer paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases. Purchases are handled through Apple and may be supported by RevenueCat for entitlement management.

Payment, cancellation, renewal, refund, and billing rules are governed by Apple App Store terms and the purchase flow shown at the time of purchase.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Dozzi at any time. We may also update the app to improve features, security, performance, or legal compliance.

We try to keep Dozzi useful and reliable, but the app is provided as is and may not always be available, accurate, or error-free.

No medical advice

Dozzi reports sound events that may be interesting to review. Those reports should not be used as medical advice or as a substitute for a qualified health professional.

If you have concerns about sleep, breathing, coughing, snoring, or any health condition, consult a qualified clinician.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dozzi and Fria AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app.
